We do endeavour to depart from Cairns Airport on time and as soon as all scheduled passengers have collected their luggage you will be on your way. Assuming your flight arrives as scheduled and bags come out reasonably quickly (and, to be honest, this is an assumption too infrequently realised), the bus will depart as scheduled if not earlier. We ask for the flight number to allow us to monitor the flight arrival time and reschedule you to the next available bus. We will notify of changes to transfer times by sending a SMS message to the mobile provided in the booking.
Times are provided only as a guide and can vary by 10 to 15 minutes and subject to change as required and without notice. *Transfers before 07:00 to Northern Beaches and Suburbs/White Rock have minimum transfers fees and after 19:00 minimum transfer fees apply.

Timetable - To Cairns Airport
Transfers to Cairns Airport must run on time due to passengers catching flights. You are required to be at the pickup location 10 minutes prior to scheduled pickup time and be ready to travel. This means the driver does not have to wait for you to check out of the hotel nor does it mean you the driver has to wait for collection of luggage from storage nor do we have to call you to advise we are waiting. Should you not be ready to travel at or after the scheduled pickup time to vehicle can depart without you and you will forfeit the transfer. We will notify of changes to transfer times by sending a SMS message to the mobile provided in the booking.
