The Cairns Airport Shuttle bus operates a daily for passengers wanting to travel from and to the Cairns Domestic and International airport to accommodation.

Bookings are essential and shuttle bus transfers to other region locations such as Port Douglas and Mission Beach are available upon request. Ensure you provide date of travel/s, flight details(time and number), name of hotel, number of passengers and a contact mobile number.
Cairns Airport Shuttle Bus Booking Process
Coral Sea Coaches operates an online booking system that calculates the total transfer price for you.
To ensure the booking system calculates correctly, when entering the Pick up and Drop off locations simply start typing in the property/location and then choose from the list of properties/locations. If the property/location is not selected from the list, the booking system will not calculate the total transfer price.
If the property/location is not on the list, either select the nearest property/location or email your booking query to us. Ensure you provide all the required information and we will advise a total transfer price.
The pickup and drop off for return transfer bookings will automatically default to the selected pickup and drop off locations. Should you wish to nominate a different property/location in the same area, simply email us the change of property/location after the booking has been made and payment processed.
As we require your flight details, you do not need to advise use if you are travelling domestic or international. In the pickup and drop off location list simple choose Cairns Airport and in your confirmation email we will confirm domestic or international terminal.
Once we have received your website booking request and confirmation of payment from PayPal we will email you a confirmation email within 12 hours. If you have not received an confirmation email within that period please let us know.
Same day transfer bookings are not available via the online booking system. Please call us on 0417 642 943 or email your booking query to booking@coralseacoaches.com and we will endeavour to meet your booking request. Payment is required via PayPal and must be received prior to travel. Please note cash payment is not acceptable.
WebSaver rates
To be eligible for the WebSaver rates bookings must be made and paid for in advanced. The online booking system will apply the WebSaver rate provided the booking meets the booking conditions.
The WebSaver Family rate is strictly based on two (2) adults and two (2) children. If your family is larger than that, simply email the booking query to booking@coralseacoaches.com. Ensure you provide all the required information and we will advise a total transfer price.
For bookings of five (5) or more adults email a booking query to booking@coralseacoaches.com. Ensure you provide all the required information and we will advise a total transfer price.
Booking Payment via PayPal
Payment for all bookings is required at time of booking or prior to travel via PayPal. Methods of payment offer by PayPal are credit card, debit card or bank account.
You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to make a payment. Simply click on Continue under the heading ‘Don’t have a PayPal Account’ and payment can be made by Visa or MasterCard.
PayPal accounts are only required if you wish to make a payment using your bank account.
Travelling to Cairns Domestic and International Airport
For transfers to the airport, Coral Sea Coaches requires passengers to be waiting at the pickup location 10 minutes prior to the advised pickup time. To ensure you check in for your flight on time we recommend a minimum travel time to the airport as follows:

SEATBELTS
As Coral Sea Coaches vehicles are classified as buses, under the Transport Operations (Road Use Management – Road Rules) Regulation 2009, it is not the responsibility of the driver to ensure that passengers are wearing a seatbelt, irrespective of age. A passenger aged 16 or above is required to wear a seatbelt if the bus is fitted with passenger seatbelts. The passenger may face fines and loss of demerit points if they do not wear a seatbelt where one is available. A bus is defined as a vehicle with 13 or more seats, including the driver.
CHILD RESTRAINTS
A bus that has 13 or more seats does not need to be fitted with seatbelts and child restraints are not required. When travelling in the bus without approved child restraints, the child must not be seated in the front row of seats.
Coral Sea Coaches does not supplied child restraints or child seating of any kind. Should you require the use of child restraints or seating bookings cannot be made on the website. Please email your query directly to booking@coralseacoaches.com at least three (3) days prior to date of travel with details of your requirements. Please note conditions and additional costs will apply. Coral Sea Coaches ability to accommodate requests for child restraints and child seating is subject to the availability and scheduling of the vehicle.
